Yo-Kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits 3DS ROM

In 2014, Level-5 published Yo-kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits3DS ROM and Yo-kai Watch 2: Fleshy Souls for the Nintendo 3DS. These games pick up the story where Yo-kai Watch (2013) left off. They were first made available in Japan in July 2014 and then in North America, Australia, and Europe in late 2016 and 2017. Players hunt for and battle against ykai, ominous ghosts, and apparitions from Japanese folklore like in the original game. In Yo-kai Watch 2, Nathan “Nate” Adams and Katie Forester’s Yo-kai Watch are stolen, causing them to lose all past progress. However, their Yo-kai servant Whisper returns and they may pick up where they left off with their adventures.

One of Japan’s most eagerly anticipated video games in 2014 was Yo-kai Watch 2. It was a follow-up to the viral first game. Both critics and players gave the games positive reviews, resulting in two of the most well-liked titles on the Nintendo 3DS quickly emerging. This was made more accessible because the series was well-known thanks to the Yo-kai Watch anime and other marketing initiatives. By February 2015, 3.1 million copies had been sold. Yo-kai Watch 3: Psychic Specters was made available in Japan in December 2014. It added to the changes made in the first two volumes. By June 2015, the third edition had sold over 2.6 million copies. On September 29, 2017, the Psychic game Specters was made available in English.

Gameplay

The user may choose to play as Nathan Adams or Katie Forester in the free-roaming role-playing video game Yo-kai Watch 2. Players look for the numerous Yo-kai that live in the overworld using the touchscreen on the Nintendo 3DS. The objective is to meet as many new people as you can. Before or during a fight, players may give an enemy Yo-kai their preferred meal before or during a battle to improve the probability that they will become friends after winning. Each defeated Yo-kai has the chance to approach the player character after the struggle and offer its Yo-kai Medal in exchange for joining the player’s team.

You may now use Yo-kai Watch Model Zero Soultimate strikes to deplete the Soul metres of all the Yo-kai around you. Poking is an additional function of Model Zero. To make friends with a hostile Yo-kai, you utilize the touchscreen to find its weak spot. Other soft places may also be probed for damage, resources, and experience.

Crank-a-kai (Gacha Machine)  Yo-kai may also be bought with real money from the game, the currency, or Play Coins. While certain Yo-kai is needed to fulfil the game’s primary goal, others may be obtained through side missions. A Yo-kai may change into a more potent version of itself when it achieves a certain level of strength or joins forces with another Yo-kai or object. Yo-kai, or “Tribes,” may be divided into eight basic categories, each of which has a distinct combination of benefits and drawbacks. The player may record all the Yo-kai they’ve encountered and made friends with in a book called the Yo-kai Medallion. A list of Legendary Yo-kai that can only be attained by becoming friends with a particular gang of Yo-kai is also included in this book. The player engages in Yo-kai combat with a group of six formerly friendly Yo-kai. The user may control their Yo-kai during battle, get rid of status ailments, and charge up their Yo-Ultimate kai’s skills with the touchscreen. There are around 450 in Yo-kai Watch 2, as opposed to 250 in the first game. A few bosses from the first game have also come back.

Features

Two Yo-kai visit Nathan Adams’ or Katie Forester’s house during the summer break, depending on the player’s choice, and take the Yo-kai Watch. The main character is made to forget all they previously knew about Yo-kai. The following day, their parents fight over “Soul Doughnuts” and “Spirit Doughnuts.” They later enter a strange store called the “Memory Shop.” They may purchase a watch from the owner for a very affordable price. They also free Whisper, a different memory-challenged man, from a capsule machine. They contact Jibanyan after the Yo-kai Watch aids in their memory, only to learn that the Memory Store has mysteriously disappeared. Many claims to have seen ravens stealing jewellery and other dazzling objects the next day. When Eddie’s brand-new, cutting-edge watch is stolen, the main character and his friends join the search for the Yo-kai thief who did it.

The main character visits Springdale Elementary a few days later and observes a massive shadow covering the building. To have Mr. Goodsight fix their Yo-kai Watch, they call Timers & More. But a few things need to be done for him before he can do it. They set the watch before finishing their investigation by breaking into the school. A giant skeleton known as Gashadokuro Yo-kai, or “Gutsy Bones,” is the source of the darkness. The main character meets Yo-kai, a large cat, in Shopping Row the next day. Everything around him appeared to be becoming more extensive due to the Yo-kai.

After being hypnotized by the Yo-kai, they decide to see their grandmother, who lives in the nearby little town of Harrisville. When they arrive at Harrisville, two Yo-kai factions—the “Fleshy Souls” and the “Bony Spirits”—engage in combat because they both believe the water in Harrisville is poisonous. The next day, the main character is confronted by Hovernyan, a Yo-kai cat from the 1960s that became fairly huge over time by consuming soul energy. Depending on who you play, the main character’s grandpa, Nathaniel Adams or Kenny Forester, needs their help, so Hovernyan uses the Time Stone to send him and his friends back in time by 60 years.

When they travel through time, they come across people who had been harmed by “Wicked Yo-kai,” a kind of Yo-kai that even the main character cannot see with the Yo-kai Watch. A young man who resembles the main character and goes by the superhero name “Moximous Mask” also makes an appearance. Grandpa doesn’t want them to help, but when they visit him, they find the Yo-kai Watch blueprints and discover that he made it. The new watch can no longer find wicked Yo-kai since they are no longer present.

The main character and his friends quest to collect the parts required to finish the look and free the five “Classic” Yo-kai, Pallysol, Mermaidyn, Faux Kappa, Predictabull, and Gnomey. The two Wicked Yo-kai, who took the main character’s memory, and Yo-kai Watch, go by Kin and Gin. The grandpa of the main character accepts the Classic Yo-kai as a “sidekick” after they help him defeat Kin and Gin.

The main character learns how to travel through time, and when they arrive, they make an effort to destroy the devices that produced the Dedcloud. Then they are led to Dame Dedtime’s house. The grandpa of the main character defeats Kin and Gin with the aid of Hovernyan. The main antagonist, Dame Dedtime, seems immortal since Kin and Gin can return in time. Hovernyan gives the grandpa of the main character a list of the Classic Yo-kai when he asks him for the milk bottle caps he collected. When Nathaniel/Kenny realizes that he is their friend and an inspiration to them, they ask the Yo-kai for help. Yo-kai Medals and the Yo-kai Watch Model Zero appear on the milk bottle caps and on his wrist.

With their aid, he summons the Classic Yo-kai and finally puts an end to Kin and Gin. Once again engaged in combat with Dame Dedtime, the main character emerges victorious. She becomes so furious that she starts sapping the life force from the people of Old Springdale, leaving nothing but darkness in her wake. She acts this way because she experienced similar treatment as a human and was wrongfully convicted of a crime she did not commit. As she consumes the energy, she changes into Dame Demona, her most potent form, and casts a shadow over the whole planet. The hero and their allies defeat Dame Demona. This saves humanity and returns the earth to normality. Due to the hero’s deeds, the grandpa promises to finish the Yo-kai. By viewing, you may express thanks. The main character returns Whisper and Jibanyan to their correct location in time.

FAQs

How can I acquire Hovernyan in Yo-Kai Watch 2: Bony Spirits?

If you scan the QR code for Hovernyan, you can acquire the Keepsake Cap at Piggleston Bank. This will free Hovernyan from its confinement. He may have spent time in the Ninja Forest, which is adjacent to Harrisville. You may battle him once a day there until you become regular friends with him.

Can anybody else successfully fuse with Jibanyan?

When Jibanyan is combined with Coughkoff or Roughraff, it transforms into Thornyan or Baddinyan. In Yo-kai, he becomes Jibanyan S when united with Jibanyan A. Take a look at Wibble Wobble. He may transform into Baddinyan in Yo-kai if he joins forces with Roughraff.
